About this position

The Public Relations (KOL Specialist) is responsible for designing and executing PR activities that align with the brand plan, focusing on building relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a PR activity plan based on the Brand Plan in a sustainable and strategic way
• Identify, analyze, and establish collaborative relationships with talent (for example: KOL, influencer, buzzer, BA, spokesperson, etc.)
• Fulfill talent needs related to PR activities (eg: shooting)
• Monitor and create reports related to activities carried out by talent (eg: impression, reach, click, etc.)
• Maintain good relationships with company partners, especially KOL, community, and media
• Prepare media activities (eg: releases, press conferences, publications, etc.) related to brand activities
• Collaborate with agencies to support PR activities, including identification, negotiation, and partnering on executing output.

Requirements

• Min. 2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or related field, with a focus on youth-oriented brands preferred
• Deep understanding of teen culture, preferences, and digital media consumption habits
• Strong network of contacts within the media and influencer landscape
• Proven track record of securing media coverage and executing successful PR campaigns
• Passion for youth culture, fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle trends.
