Learning Designer
About this position
The Learning Designer is responsible for identifying training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring effective instructional design and learner experience.
Responsibilities
• Communicating with HRBP Team and related parties (Talent management team) to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
• Develop and design training modules/materials/equipment for In-house program and select appropriate training methods or activities
• Use known education/ learning principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding impactful instructional design and learner experience during the training or development program
Requirements
• Proven work experience minimum 3 years in related area as a Training designer, Instructional Designer, Module Developer or similar role in designing and creating training modules
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training program/modules in dynamic fast-paced environments
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems (e-learning platform) and web delivery tools (preferable)
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Strong structured communication skills and conceptual thinking skills
