About this position

The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with users to align HR strategies with business goals, support performance management, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user to understand the strategic objectives and needs of the directorate.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
• Provide and support to user on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct end-to-end collaboration in Learning & Development with Paragon University.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
• Manage organizational effectiveness by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and providing support to organization.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in HR, and proven work experience as an HRBP.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Ability to foster positive relationships between employees, teams, and management.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
