About this position

The Customer Relation Engagement position focuses on developing trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships and enhance customer experience through various engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure the establishment of long-term business partnerships.
• Design and implement engagement programs such as Regular Entertainment and Customer Connect to enhance customer experience. Ensure the continuity of interactions through drumbeat routines, fostering consistent and valuable communication with customers.
• Customer Insights Gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine engagement approaches and maximize program relevance.
• Collaborative Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for co-creation in projects or new initiatives that support mutual growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Engagement, Relationship Management, or Sales roles, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
• Proven ability to develop trust-based and collaborative partnerships with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
• Experience in designing and executing customer-focused programs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
