Responsibilities
• Create and drive execution strategies for area sales in collaboration with various departments
• Act as a liaison between field teams and headquarters to ensure business growth and target achievement
• Manage and oversee relationships with key stores to support strategy implementation
• Assist in the development of sales and business strategies
• Support the growth and development of the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business goals
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading business in area
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent execution, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions
• Ability to analyze sales opportunity based on potential market in area
• Willing to be placed in around Indonesia
