Legal & Corporate Secretary Support
About this position
Responsibilities
• Managing company corporate legal documentation and administration in PT Panin Dai-ichi Life and all affiliate companies
• Circulating external information, both hardcopy document and softfile, to relevant internal stakeholders with proper and timely manner
• Supporting line manager in holding shareholder and Board of Commissioners meetings, including preparing all supporting document and communicating with relevant external parties
• Supporting line manager in preparing regulatory report in proper and timely manner, including but not limited to GCG report, Sustainability Requirements Report, Board of Commissioners Supervision Report
• Other task and ad hoc project to be determined by line manager of Head of Department
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree, major : Law
• Experience min. 1+ years
• Experience in Corporate Secretarial matters (particularly in Life Insurance companies)
• Document administration management capabilities, good communication skills
• Detailed, agile, full of initiative, result oriented
