Responsibilities

• Analyze legal cases and provide solutions based on legislation
• Representing the company as a power of attorney to be able to make Complaints or Reports to the Police or Lawsuits to the Court
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence
• Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc)
• Drafting, proofreading, and formatting of letters, agreements, contracts and other legal documents
• Litigation process
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents related to Corporate Legal and Litigation case
• Subpoena, Power of Attorney, and other related documents related to Corporate Legal and Litigation Case
• Has knowledge and experience in Insurance, OJK regulation, and other relate legislation
• Good communication skill

Requirements

• Educational background: S1
• English skill: proficient verbal and writing
• Professional Qualifications: PKPA
• Competency: Litigation experience and knowledge in the field of law and quickly to understand some existing case
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skill
• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
• independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
