Responsibilities

• Supporting Regulatory Compliance: Assisting the regulatory team (Compliance) in researching and analyzing regulations applicable to the insurance industry.
• Policy Development: Supporting the development and updating of internal company policies to ensure compliance.
• Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and archiving of documents required for regulatory compliance.
• Internal Audit: Supporting the implementation of internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Training and Education: Assisting in the preparation of training and education materials for employees related to the latest regulations and policies.
• Interaction with Regulatory Institutions: Supporting communication and coordination with supervisory institutions to ensure compliance.
• Risk Analysis: Assisting in analyzing the impact of regulatory changes on company operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, major: Law, have a legal education background (semester 7 or semester 8)
• Candidates are no longer actively attending lectures.
• Can join immediately
