About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Recruitment and Development in Bandung and surrounding areas
• Conduct Recruitment activities/events and arranging the delivery of recruitment event program as scheduled
• Develop recruitment and activity tools, including train the Agency Leaders to become recruiters and developers
• Responsible for developing and delivering 90-day program for new recruits
• Coordinate, deliver and monitor activity events in branches with Agency Leaders
• Responsible to increase productivity in recruitment and active agents
• Responsible to socialize, implement and increase the usage of digital recruitment and activity tools
• Provide reports and analysis of recruitment, activities and update progress to CAO
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree, any major
• Min. 5 years in life insurance industry as a leader
• Leadership, presentation skill, public speaking, recruitment and development expertise, wide network
• MS Office, Power Point
