Drive and lead improvement projects to enhance efficiency and make an impact. You could be our next Supervisor, Production in Lamphun.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead requirement improvement projects for enhanced efficiency.
• Make a significant contribution to our production processes.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
• Oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Effective communication with English communication skill.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial management, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Lean & Six Sigma, Process Development, Quality, Process Improvement or Testing Engineer especially in the area of production manufacturing or jewelry would be more advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within Production Manufacturing.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• A track record of successful requirement improvement projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization.
