Supervisor, Facility Engineer

Responsibilities
• Manage implementation of engineering works project management and documents resource planning control
• Generate and track all engineering documents and other related standards/procedures.
• Responsible for Design & Estimate Mechanical and Electrical for construction of new buildings and renovation.
• Planning and setup details of MEP Work following the MEP Master Schedule.
• Closely monitor and supervise basis on the M&E activities e.g. Work Schedule, Contractor Control. As well as define, identify, and inspect each accomplishment work function
• Act as an engineer (a PM role) to support and coordinate all engineering projects across local plants.
• Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders in providing technical information, giving advice, and suggesting engineering expertise for cross-functional engineering projects.
• Participate in conceptual development of capital projects and development of technical / engineering design proposals
• Participate in the meetings with others from all concerned groups (Architect, Structural, MEP Design, MEP Engineering, Construction Team of each project) co-recommend, co-suggest the appropriate solution through all work activities
• Process all purchase orders to ensure the capturing of real savings from the construction budget.
• Responsible for Monitor and follow up the progress of the construction field.
