Responsibilities
• Estimate Product Master (PM) for sufficient utilize in AAA, BB and LPN in initial phase.
• Prepare Product Master (PM) Plan to ensure product master efficiently utilized across all sites for both replenishment and campaign orders.
• Monitor changes for both NPI and Replenishment.
• Prioritize and monitor PM to suitable for FROT shipment.
• Maintain and ensure product master database is available on time.
• Communicate effectively to cross-functional teams about NPI status.
• Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.
• Identify improvement initiatives to increase planning effectiveness, share and collaborate with related stakeholders.
• Incorporated learning into future initiatives and work closely/provide feedback to GSC, Prototyping/Pre-production, and Production as appropriate.
• Develop dual sourcing strategy in line with organization strategy and define proper manufacturing.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Understanding in ERP system.
• Excellent in Excel visualization, Power BI.
• Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial).
• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
• Be an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests.
