About this position
Responsibilities
New machine/product/project implementation:
• Defining and Managing project scope by setting master plan, deliverables for the project, ensuring everyone is aligned and resources are used effectively.
• Creating a roadmap with timelines, budgets, tasks, dependencies, and communication protocols to guide project execution.
• Monitoring progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and addressing any roadblocks promptly.
• Communicating and engaging with stakeholders when there are problems or update.
• Reporting the result of all projects implementation and present to management.
• Estimating budget and providing business case for machine purchasing.
• Leading activity of new production readiness across plant example new material, new process, new machine which not is current production set up: Initiate project, master plan, governing key stakeholder, execution, decision and follow up.
• Supporting special assignment as superior direction.
Continous improvement:
• Co-scouting with local production excellence team on new material (1st source) to improve cost, and productivity.
• Gathering insights detail information example defect resoluation to provide support and leverage learning and soluation.
• Supporting the request from local production excellence team to ensure that improvement activity is effective and meet with its objectives.
Lean and Six Sigma:
• Applying lean and six sigma concept with the project and supporting lean and six sigma activity.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or new product introduction.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the jewellery industry or automotive will be a plus.
