About this position

Imagine being part of the Supply Chain Team at the world’s largest jewellery brand, where your proactive and detail-oriented nature will shine. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of production scheduling and inventory management. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will help maintain adherence to production timelines and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of production scheduling, including managing orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate with relevant departments to align on timelines and resource availability.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to track the status of new campaigns and ensure readiness for order placements.
• Production Order Management: Ensure timely delivery of production orders and monitor the availability of parts to meet production demands.
• Inventory Optimization: Regularly monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and improve scheduling performance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on production order statuses and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly reports on scheduling and inventory performance.
• Documentation Management: Ensure accurate processing and management of documents related to scheduling and inventory.

Requirements

• A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
