About this position

The Officer, Cycles Product Quality Validation is responsible for supporting the testing plan for cycle products, ensuring timely completion of testing programs, and providing analysis of performance test results.

Responsibilities

• Cycle product detail support to define the testing plan for the cycle product
• Follow the testing lead time and control all testing program finished as planned
• Provide reporting and analysis of performance test results
• Provide data support to define and standardize tests procedures and acceptance criteria
• Ensure these are kept up to date with the record of testing standards and metrics.
• To work with Laboratory to identify and define the testing plan for any cycle product and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Science and related field
• New graduated or 1-2 years of experience in related field.
• Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development, Failure analysis
• Experience of jewelry is preferred
• Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external department
• Have multifunctional skill and problem-solving skill
• Honest & Have teamwork
• Lab testing skill
• Proactive Person; ownership
• Proficiency in MS office; Excel and Power BI
