Responsibilities

• Prepare input parameter for capacity analysis tool.
• Execute Capacity analysis Tool, Analyse the result, Anticipate potential risk related to capacity outlook and propose solution to prevent capacity constrained.
• Calculate safety stock levels of Casted part, Spare parts, Plastic and Stamping to meet demand forecast, update to ERP system.
• Monitor New Campaign hand-over status, Ensure that new campaign item are ready before order placement timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on New Campaign status, Production order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate actions to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
• Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.
Requirements
We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, industrial management, or another relating field.
• 1-3 years of Capacity Planning experience in Planning/Supply Chain role.
• Good in English both verbal and written.
• Experience with ERP system (e.g. AX, SAP).
• Good at Excel, Power query, Power BI.
• Possess with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
• Highly flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
