• Lead and manage the Production team to deliver exceptional event production services.
• Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Serve as the main decision-maker for all production-related aspects of projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and value for event production services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with vendors for venues, structures, lighting, sound systems, and more.
• Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to expand the company's capabilities.
• Oversee all stages of event production, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor and guide the production team to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct site visits to ensure structural accuracy and oversee on-site production setup and takedown.
• Manage and control production budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining profitability.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring production staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the department.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event production to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze production workflows and introduce improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in production operations, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Report production progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Creative, to align production efforts with overall business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and suppliers.
• Extensive experience in roadshows, exhibitions, or large-scale events is essential.
• Proficient in production management tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
