The Specialist, Product Engineer (R&D Projects) is responsible for supporting project execution, initiating innovative ideas, managing project progress, and facilitating communication among team members.
Responsibilities
• Support the Project Execution with manager.
• Initiate / scouting the idea on Innovation and New Product Development
• Brief the new design concept, guideline, estimate the product spec to team (New concept, CAD team).
• Managing, monitoring and follow up on each project to achieve the plan.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Update and report the project progress direct to manager
• Package handover the project to NPD or relevant team
Requirements
• Bachelor's in mechanical / Jewelry design or Related field
• 3-5 years of experience with alternate manufacturing methods or manufacturing environment (Jewellery experience is preferred)
• Experience in Product Development or Innovation
• Knowledge and experience with components such as springs, magnets, metals and other materials
• Project management skills
• Logical thinking
• Proficiency both English and Thai
