Responsibilities
We love that you will…
• Initiate and develop strategic creative content/campaigns related to C&S strategy cascading, values, transformation, and change communications by utilizing strategic comms technic to effectively reach out and provide understanding to the aimed target groups in C&S
• Collaborate and take lead on assigned cross functional communications projects by co-creating key messaging, deliverables, way of communications, recommended media, channel mixes, etc. while ensuring agreed timeline is effectively adhered
• Own an e-newsletter called Pandora Buzz including content plan, adoption rate, platform enhancement, mood and tone, and target audience analytics for continuous improvement
• Act fast as a change agent to relevant stakeholders when change communications is required
• Provide translation services (English and Thai) when assigned
• Supervise the proper use of corporate brand visual identity (BVI) across C&S
Requirements
We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Art (English) or related field.
• Strong writing, copy-writer/editing and proofreading skills both English and Thai
• Project Management skill
• Internal Communications Management
• Creative Content with storytelling ability
• Technology-savvy and passion for digital and social media
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
