Responsibilities
• Provide Data & Analytics expertise on business processes and innovations on existing business processes from functional and technical perspectives.
• Support Product Manager in developing and maintaining product backlog / required business capabilities including improvement opportunities.
• Create the User stories with relevant acceptance criteria, scenarios, and estimate business value and tech requirements of product backlog items.
• Prepare user acceptance test cases, training/user Manuals, provide post go-live support.
• Engage with all stakeholders of Data & Analytics (business, technical, product manager) to ensure no gap at any level, prepare Business Analysis artifacts including process maps, design flow, specifications, and wireframes.
• Contribute to gap analysis to uncover functionality that may require further configuration or an additional solution.
• Perform functional analysis and the modelling of business processes concerning key results/targets and how it related to data & analytics, ensuring a cross-sectional view of the functional needs.
• Contribute to the design and testing of reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions (including validation and reconciliation of data conversions).
• Explore Data & Analytics Products as a subject matter expert and may be the first adopter of emerging technologies.
• You will work with transformation and relentless improvement towards a more agile operating model creating faster time to market, better quality, and more efficiency.
Requirements
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience Data & Analytics with an agile mindset through applying the agile principles of business analysis to the outcomes you produce, while leveraging the agile manifesto.
• Must have experience in manufacturing, as well as knowledge in any of the Manufacturing technology disciplines including Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing ERP (Microsoft Dynamic AX, SAP, Oracle…).
• Must have strong proficiency in ‘Requirements lifecycle management’, ‘Requirements analysis and design definition’ and ‘Solution Evaluation’.
• Good understanding of ‘Business analysis planning and monitoring’, ‘Elicitation and collaboration’ and ‘Strategy Analysis’.
• Client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems, influence and negotiate with customers.
