Responsibilities
• C&S Strategy: Deliver C&S strategy formulation, development, planning and deployment.
• Strategy Update: Deliver C&S strategy update to Pandora Group as well as C&S Management Team according to strategic planning cycle.
• Strategic Analysis: Support C&S Management team in performing in-depth analysis to prepare strategic recommendation to drive C&S long-term competitive advantages.
• Conduct extensive market research, benchmarking and business analysis to gain insights on the overall macro-economic situation, industry trends, consumer behaviors and emerging technologies for strategy formulation and development.
• Analyze C&S information (e.g., performance, forecast) as well as overall competitive landscape of the jewelry industry to assess and identify potential threats or opportunities.
• Support in translating Pandora Group’s strategies and strategic goals to C&S’s strategy and strategic goals.
• Coordinate with Pandora Group and Clusters on C&S strategic initiatives which requires cross-functionally collaboration and moderate communication/feedback channels among C&S and global stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C&S leadership team (N-2 and above) to formulate new strategy and ideate C&S strategic initiatives and functional initiatives to deliver the strategies as well as improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Crafting & Supply operations.
• Conduct strategic projects feasibility studies including high level end-to-end value chain impact assessment, in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project charters for newly formulated strategic initiatives with clear objectives, scope, plan, deliverables and milestones as well as define performance indicators to track the progress & success of strategic initiatives.
• Be a thought partner for C&S management team by providing insight and solutions to issues, risks and emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with C&S Leadership Team (N-2 and above) to gather relevant data and insights for executive presentations and reports.
• Develop compelling, informative and visually appealing presentations or reports to communicate of C&S strategy status and progress highlighting key achievements, milestones, and risks findings, and future directions to various stakeholders, including Pandora ELT and Board of Directors.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings to guide strategic decision-making.
• Support the management decision making process for C&S strategy by identifying pain points, gathering and analyzing the information then formulating recommendations to propose to the management for decision making.
