Pandora has been manufacturing its jewellery in Thailand since 1989 when Per Enevoldsen, Pandora's founder and a goldsmith by trade, set up the foundation for the company's crafting facilities in Bangkok.

About this position

The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and product quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Identify and drive the implementation of process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure measurable improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and time efficiency.
• Build continuous improvement capabilities within teams by training and mentoring employees on Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to ensure that improvement initiatives are sustainable.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Monitor and report on lead and lag measures for all improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with C&S missions.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on the impact of implemented projects.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, from scoping and design to implementation and review.
• Conduct regular Kaizen workshops to engage employees in process improvement.
• Track project progress, measure performance impact, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure the successful integration of new processes into daily operations.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
• Report directly to C&S VP on the progress of improvement initiatives and key achievements.

Requirements

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• Kaizen facilitator certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in continuous improvement.
• Proven success in implementing Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-mix, high-volume industries such as jewelry.
• Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other process optimization tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cultural change.
