Production Academy Curriculum Design and Content Specialist (Contract)

Responsibilities
• Revise Training Materials: Regularly review and update training materials to incorporate new information, New Corporate Identity (CI), feedback from the production team & SME, and changes in industry standards or regulations.
• Coordinate with Experts: Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effective. This may involve conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups, or coordinating workshops.
• Learning Design: Design and develop comprehensive training materials that cover all topics related to Jewellery skill development for production personnel. This includes creating content for blended learning experiences, which may involve a mix of online learning, face-to-face instruction, and hands-on training.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field. Certification in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a production environment. Experience with training material design is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Able to use MS office program (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
