Responsibilities
We love that you will…
• Prepare and manage employment contracts for temporary staff, including new hires and renewals.
• Update weekly job postings across internal and external channels, including radio and social media.
• Support vendor registration in collaboration with the Procurement Team.
• Assist in recruiting efforts for team members and officer-level positions.
• Liaise with internal teams to collect agency time sheets for temporary staff.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Process administrative paperwork and invoices.
• Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements
We love that you are…
• Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Experienced in agency or in-house talent acquisition (preferred).
• Fluent in both Thai and English communication.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
