Responsibilities
• Safety Program Development: Creating and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulations.
• Safety Inspections: Regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Contractor Monitoring: Conducting contractor safety orientations and monitoring adherence to safety regulations.
• Machinery Safety System: Conducting risk assessments and promoting safe practices for machinery operation.
• Workplace Hazard Identification: Identifying and assessing hazards related to chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic factors.
• Incident Investigation: Leading investigations into workplace incidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Air Quality Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling air quality to reduce airborne hazards.
• Chemical Exposure Assessment: Assessing and minimizing workers' exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Noise Control: Evaluating and controlling workplace noise levels to prevent health issues.
• Ventilation Systems: Designing and maintaining ventilation systems to control airborne contaminants.
• Radiation Control: Monitoring and managing radiation levels to ensure safety.
• Biological Hazard Control: Identifying and controlling biological hazards to prevent infectious diseases.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Evaluating and recommending effective PPE usage.
• Training and Education: Developing and delivering training on industrial hygiene and safety practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Staying informed about regulations and ensuring organizational compliance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data and generating reports to identify trends and concerns.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related field with license of OSH.
• Experience more than 1 year in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
• Certified Bor Chor 3 (License of Safety Management of hazardous chemicals) **Special consideration.
• Good English communication and self-confidence.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills; interact effectively within the organization.
