About this position

The role involves organizing, coordinating, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, as well as strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support internal activities in production
• Coordinate with cross functional department
• Coordinate and support on documentation process for management team
• Support on strategic communication and execution
• Support management team to ensure all activities comply with the company rules and regulations
• Provide data / Summarize data / Data analysis to support decision making for management / supervisor team

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and write proficiently in English.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, ERP System
• Good in communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner, enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude
• Able to work independently and also good to work as a team
• Able to work under high pressure within limited timelines.
