Responsibilities
• Lead problem-solving efforts in production, and analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
• Monitor modifications and upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the capability of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Report and document any engineering-related or process abnormalities.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in the manufacturing industry.
• 0-1 years of experience in planning or management.
• Strong problem-solving and personnel management skills.
• Good interpersonal relations and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
