About this position

Are you an experienced professional in large-scale jewelry production with a passion for surface finishing and plating processes? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and drive excellence in plating activities, ensuring top-notch results and customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in supporting innovation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing valuable insights to optimize production. Then you might be our next Officer, Plating Expert.

Responsibilities

• Execute all plating process activities and deliver results within agreed timelines to meet customer expectations.
• Evaluate, support, and monitor results, promptly communicating any process risks, defects, or safety concerns to the team.
• Compile raw data for dissemination to relevant teams for further analysis and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support Sample line activities within the I&PD, and Quality departments.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to team members on effective work practices in alignment with established plans.
• Continuously explore medium-term innovations related to jewelry materials or manufacturing techniques to align with company objectives.
• Support innovation project pilot execution and contribute to change management efforts as necessary.
• Offer insights on production issues arising from new innovations, proposing effective solutions for production optimization.

Requirements

We love that you are…
• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale jewelry production, with a focus on surface finishing and plating processes.
• Demonstrated creativity and openness to new developments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and related software/tools.
• Strong team player with a positive mindset in Thai with more nicer.
• Having experience as a chemist will be considered an advantage.
