• Data Preparation & Input: Prepare and input MDM data into the AX system accurately and on time.
• Data Maintenance: Control and update documentation to ensure consistency with the AX system and keep data current.
• Data Accuracy Checks: Verify the accuracy of MDM data in the AX system after additions or updates to maintain data integrity.
• Efficiency Improvement: Continuously improve and develop methods for rapid and efficient MDM data verification.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI to analyze data and generate reports that highlight trends, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
• Collaborative Data Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate, manage, and maintain key data projects.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all data-related processes comply with company policies and external regulations.
Requirements
We love that you are...
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, IT, Data Management).
• Experienced: 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or a related role. Experience with ERP systems, especially AX, is an advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets accurately and efficiently.
• Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working with complex data.
• Communicative: Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams to ensure data alignment.
• Adaptable: Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
