Officer, General Services (Lamphun)

Imagine being part of the Supply Chain Team at the world’s largest jewellery brand, where your proactive and detail-oriented nature will shine. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of transportation services, parking, locker management, and facility upkeep. By collaborating with internal teams and external service providers, you will help maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), manage inventory, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of General Services, including Transportation, Parking, Center Car, and Locker Services.
• Daily monitoring and control of transportation services (both day and night shifts) to meet employee needs, while coordinating with relevant departments to align information.
• Liaise with the local team, Procurement, Finance, IC, and other functions to manage service contracts effectively.
• Service Provider Management: Ensure compliance with SLAs by monitoring and executing daily activities of service providers. Provide feedback and input to centralized General Services.
• Transportation & Locker Services: Manage and monitor the transportation schedules (buses, parking, center car) and locker services for both day and night shifts. Ensure services run smoothly.
• Parking Management: Organize and monitor daily parking arrangements for both management and employees.
• Locker Maintenance: Ensure that all lockers are always ready for use.
• Employee Feedback: Respond to employee feedback by creating effective solutions using sound judgment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and coordinate with procurement to ensure inventory is adequate and available.
• Expense Planning: Plan and manage expenses related to transportation, parking services, and factory supplies.
• Stock Control: Maintain control of stock for factory supplies, ensuring they are always sufficient and ready to use.
• Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly reports and presentations on service operations.
• Facility Management: Ensure the smooth operation of general facilities and services across the designated areas.
• Documentation Management: Ensure documents related to General Services are processed and signed accurately and efficiently.
• AX System: Utilize the AX system to create PR orders related to repair and maintenance services.
• Audit Support: Provide data and support for internal and external audits and risk assessments.
• Company Events: Support and participate in company activities as needed.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in facility or general services management, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and experience with inventory/ERP systems like AX is a plus.
