Responsibilities
• To be a partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Act as the central point of contact for HR issues for the business, providing assistance with various HR services (e.g. payroll, engagement, relations, etc.).
• To collaborate with management in order to enable measurable differences in employee focus and increase productivity.
• To formulate partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business values and objectives.
• Provide inputs and feedback on alignment between HR agenda and business strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders and provide guidance on PPT's policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Assist business with talent acquisition needs, relay needs and requirements to TA & Sourcing team.
• To embed the business’s strategies at various departments and levels.
• To analyze trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones.
• To maintain good relationships across the business, by conducting regular meetings with the various business departments, builds, and develops trusted relationships with the various departmental leaderships.
• To team up with other HR departmental teams in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation, and other HR functions in order to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.
• To obligate and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements, internal and external, related to the day-to-day management of employees within the business, reducing legal risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and most importantly enabling employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in a middle HR position, preferably working familiar of the HR Business Partner department.
• Drive the solution to most complex business problems.
• Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial).
• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
• Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work.
