About this position

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, aligning resources to achieve Crafting & Supply (C&S) strategic goals.
• Lead the adoption of best-in-class manufacturing quality standards and practices to ensure consistency across production units.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system compliant with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate and enforce adherence to quality-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Continuously improve product and process quality to meet design objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the creation and execution of product quality inspection plans to ensure safe, compliant product delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through best practices, lessons learned, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma principles.
• Promote a quality-at-source mindset and accountability across the organization.
• Enhance team capabilities to deliver on C&S quality initiatives and build a high-performing team.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives to exceed consumer expectations and drive operational excellence.
• Provide regular quality performance reports to executive management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) to a master’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing quality processes or quality management, preferably in jewelry or a similar industry.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of addressing complex business challenges and making critical decisions.
