About this position

Imagine being a part of the Production Team for the world’s largest jewellery brand. If you are motivated and experienced with a strong background in production manufacturing, then you might be our next Group Leader, Production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration and performance.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and career growth.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production/manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production tools, systems, or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing practices).
