About this position

The Personnel & General Service Administration Officer is responsible for organizing and managing employee-related documents, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing office logistics, and handling business travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain employee-related documents, including employment contracts, attendance, leave, and performance reports.
• Manage attendance data and ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding working hours, overtime, and employee rights.
• Manage office logistics needs, such as procuring office supplies, equipment, and other facility requirements.
• Ensure office facilities function properly, including electricity, water, cleanliness, and security.
• Handle business travel arrangements, such as booking tickets, accommodations, and transportation for staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in personnel management or general services.
• Experience in employee administration, facility management, or procurement is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative-related applications.
• A good understanding of labor regulations and HR practices.
• Skills in asset management, inventory control, and office logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
