About this position

The Software Tester (Quality Assurance) Assistant Manager at PSTH Silom is responsible for managing IT system quality and ensuring effective quality assurance processes for system development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT System quality management ; Building and operating quality assurance processes and flows for system development.
• Operating quality risk management processes and flows. Build a system for centralized management of Home IoT market quality information such as defective product, complaints, customer inquiries and operate a response flow by contacting the person in charge, suspending shipments and etc. when a quality risk issue occurs.
• Building could operation processed by monitoring software updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within the software development lifecycle in home appliance.
• Skilled in creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting defects.
• Experience with automated testing tools, performance testing, and security testing is important.
• Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001 and experience in a regulated industry (if applicable) would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, comfortable in using English.
• A fast learner with a positive mindset will be suitable for this role.
