About this position

The Senior Oracle Functional Support position focuses on providing support and solutions for Oracle ERP applications, specifically in the areas of Manufacturing, Order Management, Finance, and Procurement modules within the Thai Panasonic Group and APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Support and solve the Oracle ERP, Oracle application issue in Manufacturing, Order management and Finance, Procurement modules in Thai Panasonic Group and APAC.
• Define requirements and prepare customization proposal and customization’s specification.
• Training Users and Unit testing, Monitor, develop Oracle report or form.
• Work closely with programmer technical team, ERP consultants, manager and infrastructure team to solve actual business and technology problems.
• Operation Comply to IT Security, ISM, IT-Sox Rule, SOX-Account & Other Company Rule.
• Other tasks that assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of working experience in Oracle support or ERP Support role with Finance, Procurement and manufacturing module.
• Experience in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL Fundamentals.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning.
• Skills in Power BI will be advantage.
• Able to written and verbal communication skills in English effectively.
