About this position

The New Model Assistant Supervisor position at PMRTH in Bangbor, Samutprakarn involves overseeing new model development in accordance with IATF16949 standards and supporting various engineering and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Handling New model to meet with plan as followed by IATF16949 standard (APQP process)
• Make standard documents such as Master plan, PFMEA, Control plan (PQCT), BOM and packing standard
• Make a prototype sample and pre-production trial
• Engineering trail and analysis (Reliability test)
• Support new suppliers or new materials approval
• Support Product & Process change and submit report to customers
• Support machine and process improvement
• Support ISO quality & environment system

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Industrial engineer
• Have experience at least 5 years in new model or process engineer
• Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred.
• Good communication skill.
• Good command in English Language.
• Have knowledge with IATF16949 Requirement and Core Tool.
