About this position

The Legal Manager will oversee the legal organization within the automotive business, ensuring compliance and providing legal support for various business activities.

Responsibilities

• Management of legal organization in the Company.
• Review, draft and revise contracts / agreements, business document and any other documents in term of legal both in Thai and English.
• Conducting legal research, analyzing and summarizing those information.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, e.g., agreements, memorandum of understanding, power of attorney, etc.
• Managing Legal documentation and activities, e.g. internal records and filings, making reports, training, deadline monitoring, etc.
• Coordinating with internal and external sectors related to legal and company registration matters.
• Managing interpretation of legislation and solving legal disputes.
• Managing relationship with external organizations such as government (BOI, MOI, Custom department etc.).
• Assisting and supporting on other legal works or businesses transitions as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Law.
• At least 10 years’ experience in reviewing / drafting contracts and providing legal advice.
• Experience in Law firm or corporate international company.
• Having experience in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing are highly advantageous.
• Good command in both written and spoken in English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Has Attorney-at-Law License.
