About this position

The IT Infrastructure & Network Manager is responsible for managing IT staff and equipment, ensuring high availability and reliability of network devices and server systems, while maintaining infrastructure performance and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT staff and equipment that handle network devices, and server systems to ensure high availability and reliability
• Maintain infrastructure facility, system performance, and capacity for adequate IT resources to support business growth
• Manage security policy to ensure the information system is always protected and prevented from vulnerabilities or any cyber risks as well as the compliance procedure to comply with ISO27001 standard
• Build a long-term IT plan and standard procedure to strengthen IT technology for providing service with quality and cost-effectiveness
• Can advise and evaluate IT investments appropriate for strategic plans and operations.
• Responding to problems in accordance with the agreement (SLA).
• Able to work up-century (Khonkaen, Phathumthani, Ayutthaya, and Bangkok)
• Set a plan for developing subordinates to increase their potential and knowledge of the team in accordance with the business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure & Network working experience with years in a management role, preferably in a manufacturing and trading company
• Experience in Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022), VMware, and Linux systems, Microsoft Azure, and SolarWinds.
• Good Leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a strong team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
