About this position

The HR Manager - HRM&HRD position at Navanakorn I.E involves overseeing HR operations, developing strategies, and maintaining employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD fields
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction
• Manage HR and administrative service for the company ( Employee buses, company car rental, canteen, guard, company activities etc.)
• Manage budget and forecast of HR Department
• Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
• At least 10 year-experience in HR generalist role from Large Manufacturing Company
• Experiences from Electronics or related manufacturing
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English
