HR & GA Assistant Manager / Manager (Samutprakarn)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD fields
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction
• Manage GA and ISD tasks to improve overall process
• Manage budget and forecast of HR Department
• Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in human resources management or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in managerial roles in HR, GA, Compliance and IT support
• Experience in Manufacturing business is preferred
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English
