About this position

The Brand Marketing Chief - Home Care will be responsible for creating brand strategy, IMC activities, and marketing products to ensure success. They will also be in charge of new product development, marketing planning, and executing advertising campaigns to strengthen brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Create brand strategy & IMC activities to push out the marketing products of company to success with strategy and budget plan.
• Responsibility to cover process of new products development similarly owner brand business.
• Provide marketing plan, marketing strategic for yearly planning.
• Plan, execute and control the marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brand identity.
• Follow up and analyze sales target and marketing expenses.
• Control and implement the initiative and/or pricing strategies and distribution channel.
• Liaisons between partners and all internal functions to support the marketing implementation and distribution channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration or related.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in Brand Management in FMCG by Marketing strategic planning.
• Good command in English.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office).
• Good negotiations, communication, creativity and analytical skills.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, passionate and strong marketing sense.
• Home care experience will be an advantage.
