About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversea purchasing, Issue PO and delivery for direct materials, steel, part and others
• Sourcing and supplier selection
• Import process & coordinate with shipping line
• Discuss forecast with customer and supplier to provide stable supply and monitor reasonable stock
• Cooperate with accounting and logistic team to proceed monthly finance closing and cargo delivery
• Coordinate with internal requester and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned
• Materials Planning Inventory Report
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries, services and suppliers
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and customers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any other related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in oversea purchasing with manufacturing fields
• Experience in BOI, Import Custom Clearance, BIS 29 and TISI
• Experience in manage subordinates
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Good in computer literacy (MS office, Oracle system)
• Understand about Thai Industrial Standard Institute(TISI) would be advantage
