About this position

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for controlling incoming inspection of parts, collaborating with internal organization and suppliers to solve quality issues, conducting supplier evaluations, and supporting quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Control incoming inspection of parts; Appearance inspection, Dimensions measuring.
• Set up and maintain incoming inspection check sheet and prepare inspection equipment of new models.
• Collaborate between internal organization and suppliers to solve the quality issue of material.
• Issue non-confirming report, check the details pf 8D reports, and follow up countermeasure from suppliers.
• Responsible monthly supplier evaluation and set the periodical supplier audit to strengthen quality of parts.
• Support internal and external quality audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Physics, Mechatronics, Industrial or any related fields.
• At least 1-5 years’ experience in SQE, IQC in Automotive or Electronics manufacturing field.
• Others Skill: Knowledge of QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D Analysis, IATF16949, supplier improvement strategies.
• Can use measuring instruments.
• Be able to communicate and write in English.
