Assistant HR Manager
About this position
The Assistant HR Manager will oversee HR operations, develop HR strategies, and maintain positive employee relations to enhance satisfaction and performance within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Monitor HR operations as HRD (Recruitment, Training & Development)
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Design succession planning program, Talent Management and Skill certify policies and procedures.
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction.
• Control testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years experiences level Assistant Manager level in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields.
• Have experience to manage subordinate 3 persons up.
• Familiar in Automotive business from manufactory and have been worked in company which have 1,000 employees up.
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy.
