About this position
The Sales Manager (Modern Trade & Traditional Trade) is responsible for managing sales strategies, developing promotions, and ensuring effective team performance while maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Sale Management Plan Control & Manage Sales Strategies to achieve targets.
• Plan develop effective sales promotions with the marketing team and other related teams.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Provide guidance & Support to the team, ensuring continuous development and effective performance.
• Analyze sales data relevant information to continuous improve and develop plans for efficiency.
Requirements
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales (TT or MT).
• At least 5 years of experience in sales team Management.
• Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
