About this position
The Business Manager is responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication of sales strategies.
Responsibilities
• Create the opportunity and provide the customer with the full benefit of the new technology for their business based on the market trend and growth.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build the business.
• Build and strengthen client/customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
• Work with Technical teams and other internal teams to develop strategic sales plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell better and cross-sell to clients.
• Supervise team members.
Requirements
• 5+ years of sales experience in a System Integrator Company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Sales/marketing orientation, with a high level of knowledge and network of the Enterprise or Telco Industries.
• Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, and business development.
• A proven track record of developing long-term relationships and selling.
• Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy.
• A proven structured approach/methodology to organize, manage and execute a detailed Sales Account Plan.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
