The Warranty Executive is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in the automotive business, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective communication with relevant departments.
• Consultation of spare parts claims with service advisors or relevant agencies.
• Consider and decide to approve claims for customers in the warranty period.
• Track and support vehicle troubleshooting information with central.
• Gather claim information and submit claims to the system specified by the company.
• Gather spare parts and claim them, ready to be delivered to complete and correct the claim according to the claim conditions.
• Direct contact with the Lotus Warranty Department in the UK and China.
• Other tasks assigned.
• At least 3 years of experience in Warranty Claims.
• Bachelor or higher degree in a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong background in MS Office.
• High responsibility, works well under pressure, has good communication skills, and is patient.
• Able to work alternate Saturdays.
C.F.F Wearnes & Co. is a motor company which was founded in 1906 by Australian brothers, Charlie Frederick Foster Wearnes and Theodore James Benjamin Wearnes and three years later, Wearnes started to expand the business by securing the Rolls-Royce franchise. During 1911-1937, Wearnes purchased the Ford franchise in Singapore and Myanmar and added the Bentley franchise. Apart from that, Wearnes envisaged providing air service in Malaya and shipped in an Avro-Avian plane to be assembled by Malayan Motors’ mechanics.
