Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
As a team member of the sales team, the Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for expanding business and sales amounts to increase profit. This includes developing new customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• New customer / new business development to meet sales target.
• Ability to identify new Chinese companies in Thailand and ability to develop new business relationships.
• Improving customer's satisfaction with sales coordinators.
• Communication and meeting with senior management of Chinese companies.
• To make and submit quotation.
• To report customer's information to concerned department in our company for smooth operation.
• To share market, customer info. with coworkers to maximize the business chance and sales.
• To be an interface to customers for smooth communication and customer's satisfaction (price, delivery, quality claim, stock information, inquiry new model schedule etc.).
• To make reports to GM sales for review.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience about sales job and have knowledge about steel business and coil center business.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Service-minded with good customer contact skills, self-motivate and action.
• Outgoing and strong mind to achieve the target.
• High energy / aggressive to get new business.
