This position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our sales team as Junior Customer Service Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative and customer service support, as well as being the first point of contact for incoming customers. You will also be expected to effectively communicate to the sales team to help them improve their sales process for targeted group of customer. This position offers the potential for career growth and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
1. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice to customers
2. Assist sales team with follow-ups and coordinate to close targeted customer groups
3. Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, forwarding them to appropriate team members
5. Understanding of QA/QC processes
6. Strong written communication skills
7. English communication: At least intermediate level
8. Support sales team in achieving individual and team targets
• 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
• Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities is a plus
• Knowledge in Food science is an advantage
• Good in written and verbal communication skills interacting with related departments
